Fit 4 Life: 50 years of experience, yours to keep

Accountability · Education · Structure · Implementation

Tim isn't an ordinary trainer. Fit 4 Life is about the education you get: when you invest in it, you're essentially buying Tim's 50 years of experience, and you take it with you anywhere. You learn how your body works, why each movement matters, how to do it correctly and how to eat to support it.

It starts with 8 private sessions. Private means exactly that: the whole fitness center is yours for your time slot, just you and Tim, with no one else in the gym. It's a one-on-one, full-out program built on mind/body reconditioning strategies to achieve fitness success.

Then 4 semi-private sessions ease you into the actual training program, so when the true training starts, you know exactly what you're doing and why.

  • 8 private sessions, the whole fitness center reserved for you

Key training principles

Success takes more than physical training

It's about understanding yourself and your patterns. Tim teaches three principles from day one:

  1. Mindset. A primary part of training. You have to see the big picture and believe you can achieve it.
  2. Pattern recognition. Daily patterns heavily influence training outcomes. Recognize them, and change them to line up with your goals.
  3. Believe to achieve. Faith in yourself and the process. Success starts with belief.

Questions about programs and prices

How much is Fit 4 Life?

$2,400 for the 12-week program. It's the education phase: 8 private sessions (the whole fitness center is yours for your time slot) and 4 semi-private sessions to ease you into the training program, with a fitness evaluation, body fat analysis, injury, strength and flexibility assessments, goal setting, eating and meal recommendations, weekly accountability updates, progress monitoring and extra gym use on weekends.

How much is semi-private training?

$450 a month on a 12-month commitment, $500 on 6 months, $550 on 3 months, or $600 month-to-month. It's eight 60-minute sessions a month to keep refining your form and body mechanics, with Tim holding you accountable.

What's the difference between private and semi-private?

A private session means the whole fitness center is yours for your time slot: just you and Tim. Fit 4 Life starts with 8 of them. Semi-private sessions keep the same one-on-one coaching from Tim with others training in the gym at the same time, which is why the monthly cost is lower. Fit 4 Life ends with 4 semi-private sessions so you're comfortable before the training program begins.

Can my spouse and I train together?

Yes. Several of Tim's longtime clients train with their spouses, and existing clients can choose the Partner/Couples Train to Maintain program at $400 a month. For new couples, ask Tim about the best way to start together.

Is there a contract?

Fit 4 Life is a 12-week program. Semi-private training is priced by commitment: 12, 6 or 3 months, or month-to-month. Train to Maintain is a 1-year commitment. Tim will walk you through the terms at your free consultation.

Can I use the gym outside my sessions?

Yes. Extra gym use on weekends is included. Training sessions with Tim are by appointment only.

Do I need to be in shape before I start?

No. Fit 4 Life starts with a fitness evaluation, strength and flexibility assessments, and an injury review, so your program begins exactly where you are today.

Not sure which program fits? Ask Tim.

Your free consultation covers your goals, your history and which phase makes sense for you. You'll leave with a clear answer either way.
